Our Lovely Trip to Burgazada
Hello everyone again! I mean I have no viewers except for myself but that’s why we’re here, right? We’re here to learn. Today, I want to talk about our fantastic trip to Burgazada which is an island that is connected to Turkey. Basically every year, 9th graders have a graded trip to Burgazada because there’s a museum of a big writer there called Sait Faik Abasıyanık. This year, it was our turn and we had some kind of bad events happening to us.
Firstly, our school decided to get into the 9 am ship and because of that we met at 7.35 am. After that, one of my classmates (and the most annoying one to be exact) first was late and then forgot his jacket and couldn’t came back for like 30 minutes. We were nearly leaving the school without taking him because he was too slow to take his jacket. Anyway, we took him alright, then no problems, right? Well, no, because the last class was left behind because the last car was not there and they were late to the ship. They were stuck in Beşiktaş for an hour and they had some free time there. Moreover, the teachers told us not to get on the deck of the ship but then the other classes came and they sat in fresh air. It was not fair for the ones who came first. It was not bad after that until we arrived to the island.
First, we visited the museum, it was fine. We just took pictures and left the museum. We didn’t have that much of a time to wander around the museum. After that, we had free time for 4 hours or something like that. We decided to wander around the island but believe me or not, there’s literally nothing so we just went back to the beach. There, I met with my friends and we ate sunflowers and chatted and drank cola. Not much of a thing on our side, we can say.
One of the boys' group bought salami, cheese and bread and made a sandwich for themselves. They also bought cola and they were full until the end of the trip.
Our teachers before we went to the island told us that we could rent some bicycles and use them to ride around the island. Some of our friends did exactly that and when one of them fell from their bicycles they were yelled at because apparently "No one told them they could rent bicycles.", like are you serious? You were the ones who told us to rent one. She is well right now but one of the teachers didn't help them when their friends went to the teacher and told the case. Moreover, the hospital on the island didn't work that day so they needed to wait until we were back to the school.
Another group opened really loud music IN AN ISLAND??? They disturbed a lot of people and then again we were yelled at because they couldn't close their music and mouth while riding bicycles.
One group of boys asked where the store which sold alcohol was. Like bros were thinking about getting drunk in A SCHOOL TRIP??? We were AGAIN yelled at because 5 people or so thought they could do that.
Some boys (AGAIN) thought they could get into water. They didn't even have any swimsuit. They were thinking to enter the water with their UNDERWEAR??? Like bro do you think it is something suitable for our school? I just need you to think for a second. DO YOU REALLY THINK IT IS ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR??? I sometimes really question if the boys in my grade even have brains. It shouldn't be that hard to behave like a normal person when we're out in public. We're not alone together like in our school. What are you doing in the holidays with your family? Really?
Because of these things, we needed to go to our school an hour earlier than planned. Well, that's on the people who misbehaved. Anyway, after writing this, I hope no one from our school finds this blog out or I am permanently banned from school. I'm just writing a blog. Nothing else, I won't use it against anyone and I didn't even have the school's name mentioned. I am just someone named Aynur. There are millions of Aynur out there so how can someone find me? But anyway, this was it for today, see you next time.
